Marketed, designed and managed credit and noncredit programs in business writing and speaking. Programs were offered both in-house for area businesses and organizations, and on an open-enrollment basis. Consultations and tutorials were also available. In the 1987-88 academic year, the Communications Programs unit increased its income almost 20%, with actual profits over $35,000.00.
