DESCRIPTION

I uploaded these easement documents which Georgia Power has repeatedly used to show they have a granted easement over our property. There are two copies of each, I darkened the second set to see them better. I say they are forged, to begin with according to the Wells' Family tree, there was no R. F. Wells, no Dr. R. F. Wells, the only doctor in the Wells family was James A. Wells who died in 1933. Superior Court Judge Becker and US District Court Judge William S Duffey Jr. didn't care.I was wondering if there are any people out there that like to do "handwriting analysis", if so, check these docs out.In 1937 and 1941 there were no ballpoint pens. The printing would have been done by a letter press, of which I have experience typesetting for and doing the actual printing on. I say that the documents were not printed in 1937 or 1941.Sheppard Road was named after the Sheppard family in Stone Mountain. Notice the spelling of the road on each document. Notice the handwritten name of the road at the top of the documents. We are at Land Lot 73 District 18 and the road is Sheppard Road.So... The Wells-Brown House on Ridge Avenue in Stone Mountain, GA is the home of Stone Mountain Historic Society. Several of the Wells family fought in the Civil War, the Wells are buried in the Confederate Cemetary in downtown Stone Mountain, GA.There was no R. F. Wells (Doctor or otherwise); the signatures appear to have been done in ballpoint pen which didn't make it to the US until 1947 I believe; the Land Lots and District Nos are not the same on both documents; The Wells family did not own land as far down Ridge Avenue as Sheppard Rd. The road, Land Lot, District are not proper. And the Courts are going along with Georgia Power!Give me a hand yall, tell me what you see.
