OUR COMMUNITY IMPACT Georgetown Community Hospital’s mission is Making Communities Healthier®. By creating places where people choose to come for healthcare, physicians want to practice and employees want to work, we are creating a legacy of care for our neighbors today and for generations to come. Here are just a few ways we made the communities of Central Kentucky healthier in 2017. Delivering high quality patient care and supporting our physicians e most important contribution we make to our community is providing high quality care close to home. Quality and service are at the center of how we care for our patients, and we continually invest in our facility to ensure we can meet the healthcare needs of our community. In 2017, we made $3,177,248 in capital improvements, including 3D mammography, a urological ultrasound machine, a new C-Arm and pain clinic renovations in our Pain Center, a new HVAC system, a new nursing phone system for our emergency department and a re- pavement of our parking lot. Inviting the best physicians into our community and supporting them also is a key driver of our efforts to ensure access to high quality care and service. During the past year, GCH added 10 physicians in urology, oncology/hematology, pediatrics and internal medicine, dermatology, interventional pain management and pulmonology. Creating excellent workplaces for our employees We strive to create an environment where talent is recognized, job satisfaction is valued and our 468 employees can effectively use their skills in providing high quality care and service; and we managed and distributed an annual payroll of $32,255,755. Taking a leadership role in the community We are proud to be a leader in our region. Supporting local organizations and delivering healthcare to all of our neighbors, regardless of their ability to pay, are foundational to our commitment to the overall well-being of our community. In addition to numerous sponsorships and charitable gifts, we delivered more than $1 million in charity care to those in need. Being fiscally responsible Our commitment to ensuring fiscal responsibility extends both to our hospital and to the community. In 2017, we paid a total of $1,870,930 in taxes. Thank you for your support as we continue to make our community healthier in 2018 and beyond. OUR COMMUNITY IMPACT

Georgetown Community Hospital’s mission is Making Communities Healthier®. By creating places where people choose to come for healthcare, physicians want to practice and employees want to work, we are creating a legacy of care for our neighbors today and for generations to come. Here are just a few ways we made the communities of Central Kentucky healthier in 2017.

Delivering high quality patient care and supporting our physiciansThe most important contribution we make to our community is providing high quality care close to home. Quality and service are at the center of how we care for our patients, and we continually invest in our facility to ensure we can meet the healthcare needs of our community. Creating excellent workplaces for our employeesWe strive to create an environment where talent is recognized, job satisfaction is valued and our 468 employees can effectively use their skills in providing high quality care and service; and we managed and distributed an annual payroll of $32,255,755.
