A Blue Ringed Octopus is a very venomous marine animal.They have blue rings with a black outline and yellow skin. They hunt crabs and shrimps and sometimes will bite humans if provoked.

It is camouflaged but when it is angry it changes colour to a bright yellow with blue rings or lines

Blue Ringed Octopus can change shape to squeeze into small places.

It has 8 arms. If it loses any of its arms it can grow it back again in 6 weeks!

It starts the size of a pea and grows to be the size of a small ball

The Octopus venom can kill a humanThere is no antivenom .
