SUMMARY i
This report is a geophysical survey, as required by The Ministry of Northern Development and Mines for assessment work purposes, following the recommendation set forth in the Mining Act Regulations 1991.
The report includes an introduction to the property, general geology, field results and conclusions based on the field survey.
Technical data is provided in the Assessment Data Form found at the back of the report. Field data is completed on the accompanying plan map found at the back of this report.

INTRODUCTION
The claim group consists of 39 unpatented mining claims of which twelve (12) are included in this report.
A north/south tie line was established at 79+OOW on picket line 0+00 (from the new East/West grid over the 50-Ghost Group). Picket lines on the south end of the Ghost Grid are an extension of new picket lines from the 50-Ghost grid. The lines were cut to, and extended over the lake. The north end of the grid was turned off of TL79+OOW. The lines were cut perpendicular to the tie line and were spaced every four hundred feet, and stations were established every one hundred feet along grid lines. The line cutting and chaining was performed by Wendy K. Weller and Nathan Smeenk.
The geophysical survey (magnetometer) was performed by Wendy K. Weller. Drafting of the map was performed by Nathan Smeenk, contour ing and interpretations and report were performed by Wendy K. Weller.
Ownership of the aforementioned unpatented mining claims has been attested to by The Perron Gold Corporation S 559505 Ontario Ltd., 103 Gov't Kd. E, Kirkland Lake, Ont. and was independently ascertained by
the writer. LOCATION AND ACCESS
The property is reached from KirkUnd Lake via Highway lib to Highway 672 (Harker Access Road), The property is approximately 49 kilo meters north east of KirkUnd; Lake. An east/west timber road will access you to Ghost Creek, which will get you to Ghost Lake, (accessible in the winter).
PREVIOUS HISTORY
Perron Inc. 1986. Air Electromagnetics and Air Magnetometer report can be seen at the Regional Office. (See Figure la).
TOPOGRAPHY
Ghost Lake is surrounded by grass and tea brush. The terrain is flat with a gentle slopping hill east of the line 79+OOW 3+00 north to 9+00 north. The east boundary (claim line) the vegetation ranges from jack pine to jack pine bogg with moose maple. There is a small outcrop island at the mouth of the south bay, vegetation is jack pine.

GENERAL GEOLOGY
(OGS-Geology) of Thackeray, Elliott, Tannahill and Dokis Townships) by L.S. Jensen states ((The area is underlain by Early Precambrian (Archean) volcanic rocks. Northeast trending diabase dikes of Middle to Late Precambrian age intrude the volcanic rocks)).
The tholeiitic volcanic rocks occur in Elliott Township. The theoleiitic sequence is composed of three rock types, low-iron, magnesium rich tholeiitic basalt, iron-rich tholeiitic basalt and tholeiitic rhyolite.
Table of Lithologic Units for Elliott Township (See Figure le).
MAGNETOMETER STUDY - GHOST GRID 94
March 4th, 1994, a new East/West grid was established over Ghost Lake. This report will discuss the results from a ground magne tometer survey.
MCPHAR GP-81 MAGNETOMETER
This system uses a backward motion of spinning protons of a hydrogen atom within fluid of hydrogen and carbon. These spinning magnetic protons are caused, to have two ooposite poles by applying a magnetic field using a current within a coil of wire. When the current is stopped, the protons precess about the earth's magnetic field and in turn generate a small current in the wire. The frequency is pro portional to the earth's total magnetic field-
The instrument used for this survey was a McPhar GP-81 Proton Magnetometer. More information about the survey and instrument can be found on the Technical Data, form found in the back of this report.
OBSERVATIONS
Magnetic Survey:
The field data is presented on a map at a horizontal scale of one inch to four hundred feet, Map Number GLIm.
The magnetic data, is illustrated as esomagnetic contours (contour interval: 50-100 gammas) on a map of corrected magnetic values recorded at each station.
The magnetic survey shows an east-west trend over the south bay of the lake. A low magnetic trend runs east-west through the middle of the lake extending over four picket lines. With a small magnetic low circle of PL20+OOS on the east edge of the lake. On both sides of this low trend a magnetic high trend runs east/west.

A high magnetic circular feature that covers four picket lines (PLO+OOS to PL12+OON) is located in the arm between the north and south bays. A low magnetic trend running east-west runs on the north side of the high magnetic circle.
Aeromaqnetics (Ont. Geological Survey 1983) (See Figure Ib) shows a large magnetic high circle in the arm between the north and south bay.
CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The magnetic features run east-west, R.K. Germundson states from the 1993 Geological Report, aThe synclenorium is an east/west trending metavolcanic and metasedimentary sequence which is bounded on the north by the Destor-Porcupine Fault and to the south by the Kirkland Lake-Larder Lake Fault Break. The majority of the world class gold deposits are associated with either one or the other of the structu re)) .
An electromagnetic survey has been run and will be compared to these results to. help define the magnetic features in this report.
A, magnetometer survey will be run over the rest of the 50-Ghost (east/west) grid; this spring. Comparing the results from-the electro magnetic, magnetometer and detailed geological survey (R.K. Germundson, 1993), diamond drill targets will be defined and a trenching program will be discussed.
