From Alfreton and the A38 pick up the A61 North towards Shirland and Chesterfield. Continue two miles into Shirland Village and after passing The Miners Welfare on the right turn right signposted for Westhouses and Blackwell into Park Lane. Continue past the school on the left and travel down through the houses and after leaving the houses in ! a mile, Sebastopol Farm lies on the right. From the B6025 Alfreton to Tibshelf Road turn into Park Lane signed for Shirland and travel approximately " mile up the land with Sebastopol Farm lying on the left.
