Our 2020 overhaul kit launch will provide a significant opportunity to deliver incremental value to our customers. Cummins and our partners are excited to launch this new program designed to target the largest vintage of Cummins 15L engines in population. EPA 2010 and EPA 2013 Hexagons highlighted above represent over 370,000 active engines approaching their mid-life repair. Today, the Cummins ISX overhaul kit includes the following components; Pistons & Rings, cylinder liners, main bearings, upper engine gasket set, oil pan gasket, fuel and lube filters, oil bypass valve, conn rod bearings, and coolant thermostat In January 2020, our offering will transition to three tiers of overhaul kits: The Classic, Pro, and Elite. Each kit level in the hierarchy builds on the prior level’s components. The Classic kit includes the current overhaul components plus piston cooling nozzles and turbo studs & locknuts. The Pro kit incrementally builds off the Classic with a ReCon cylinder head, ReCon lube pump, ReCon water pump, and ReCon fuel pump repair. The Elite kit includes all of the components in the Pro kit plus ReCon connecting rods, ReCon fuel injectors, and fuel connectors. . The Elite kit includes all of the components in the Pro kit plus ReCon connecting rods, ReCon fuel injectors, and fuel connectors.

For control module 2250 and 2350, the rebate will be discontinued in favor of incremental savings through bundled discounts.

All of our genuine parts come with the standard 1yr/100,000 mile warranty including the new overhaul kits. For those dealer locations who are certified to perform NOW overhauls, a 2 year/200,000 mile optional coverage can be purchased for the PRO and ELITE level kits. Beginning in 2020, we have added a new optional 3 year/300,000 mile extended coverage for purchase to those customers overhauling their engines with an ELITE level kit. NOW eligibility requires the service technician to be engine certified and NOW certified.

Cylinder Liner Mid Stop Diameter Differences• Any 15L engines built or replaced after

January 1st, 2010, could potentially have been built with either a small bore diameter cylinder block and cylinder liner, or a large bore diameter cylinder block and cylinder liner.

• Mid stop liners are available in 150mm or 152mm outer diameters. Measure the mid stop liner at the location shown in the Figure to identify the mid stop cylinder liner size.

• To ensure the proper size liner is identified, use cylinder liner gauge – 5299587
