Genesis: the beginning

Open relationship with God, lot’s of free food, no shame, lived in harmony with the earth and animals…

Eve made the choice to disobey God, eat the forbidden fruit the human race was separated from God

Sin was introduced to us…Man was sent to work the land, women had cursed labor, there was a separation from God and SHAME…

The penalty for sin?

Death…–(Blood had to cover the sin)

“All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God” Romans 3:23

“For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

The plan for Christmas and Easter unfolds…

Jesus went to the Cross and pain for our sin…

The winner was determined (hint: we won, satan lost)

Not yet perfect…why?

The battle is for our soul…Satan knows he has lost, and he HATES it.

Now his goal is to take as many of us down with him. He hates us, he wants to STEAL, KILL and Destroy.

Now we live it out. We won, yet we fight.
