decreasing, the amount of time available to prepare each dinner is also decreasing! Side dishes are part of every dinner and mothers often forget or have a hard time finding one that everyone in the family enjoys.

◦ Why? Convenient, fast, and healthy Mothers don’t want to give their kids unhealthy dinners, they want to

prepare a home cooked meal that they took the time and effort to make

Modern women from the target market (45-55) are a new generation of consumers. They want things of high quality but are also convenient

Although Healthy Choice does have a variety of snacks, they aren't the first choice people go for.◦ What do people want in snacks

First, the snack needs to be delicious!! Second, needs to be somewhat filling, enough where your not starving anymore Third, needs to be convenient Fourth, every age group, gender or ethnicity should enjoy the snack

◦ Why? People today don’t just want any old snack, they want a healthy snack!

Something that will give them some energy but will not ruin their diet plans Snacks are not just for one time of the day, they are for anytime of the day Kids and Adults love snacks!

◦ Examples Chocolates, chips, fruit gummy snacks, pretzels, ice cream bars, health bars for

workouts

Workout SupplementWorkout Supplement Create the equivalent to a protein shake for

women. Women use the gym as much as men. There is not many workout foods for women

out in the market.

and other information, along with their weight loss and healthy living goals

Healthy Choice will then create an exercise calendar along with a Healthy Choice diet plan for the users to follow

Each month, users will get prizes for meeting goals such as coupons or free Healthy Choice meals

At the end of the year, if a long run goal is reached, the customer will receive a grand prize for their good work!

Healthy Choice will team up with local gyms and supermarkets to create incentives for people to live healthier lifestyles

to a healthier lifestyle ◦ Each time a goal is completed, the customer is that much closer

to the “finish line,” or their long run goals◦ As women complete goals, they will receive discounts to local

gyms and fitness clubs as incentive to keep running towards the finish line

◦ Eating healthy is a lifestyle and healthy choice should be the first thing on their minds when they want healthy foods

◦ Healthy Choice should not just be for food, but for keeping healthy, in shape, and making yourself feel good!

All these ideas are great, but they don’t mean anything unless there is the research to support it.

More surveys are needed to be conducted to see if there is an actual demand for these ideas

Because the target market is so large, there needs to be an effective sampling to provide the most accurate results.
