CHECK YOUR PASSPORT EXPIRATION DATE

If your passport expires before your expected date of graduation (as determined by UOIT) your study permit will be

issued to expire when you passport does If your passport is expiring soon and you have enough time consider

extending your passport first and then applying for your initial study permit If you donrsquot have enough time you can

extend your passport while in Canada and then apply to extend your study permit from within Canada at a later

date However that means you will pay the study permit application fees again
