Oakland Dia De Los Muertos Festival AC Transit was a sponsor of this year's Dia De Los Muertos Festival in Oakland's Fruitvale District. Staff from the Legislative Affairs and Community Relations, HR, BRT, and Marketing Departments all helped staff the AC Transit booth where we shared general AC Transit information and BRT Project information with the community. Director Elsa Ortiz gave remarks on the main stage along with Mayor Libby Schaaf, Councilmember Noel Gallo, BART Director Robert Raburn, and School Board Member Rosie Torres. Despite the rain, it was a great event for AC Transit to be a part of.
