Managed and directed all aspects of the on-boarding of resources to a large project exceeding 400 client and contractor staff. Initial ramp up from 10 to 160 support staff within two months.     THE LONG-TERM CREDIT BANK OF JAPAN, LTD., New York 6/82 - 12/99Senior Vice PresidentAs Division Manager of Treasury Operations, managed and directed a staff of 45 and the resources necessary to ensure that all transactions were executed according to sound policy and procedures. Provided the overall coordination and maintenance required to support the various activities of the Treasury Group and manage

    ment ofthe associated activities for a wide variety of functions for four entities (i.e., New York Branch, Grand Cayman Branch, Trust Company and an asset securitization vehicle).
