  • Building Member Trust Through Good Governance and TransparencyGreat Hall AD

Many co-op boards build trust over time through good governance and regular member communication through avariety of channels. But, too often, member communicationand a focus on good governance comes only in response to a crisis. Hear examples and strategies for how broadermember communications can fuel good governance and aculture of transparency while building greater member trustand accountability.
