Action on Elder Abuse (AEA) is a UK-wide charity, which works to protect older people from any type of abuse, including physical, financial, psychological, sexual or neglect. Our conferences are well-established and respected annual events in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Each event attracts 150 participants each year, prominent media interest (both leading up to and the day of the events), and participants cascading information and leaflets back to many more colleagues and clients across the country. We’re delighted to offer the opportunity to sponsor and/or exhibit in your chosen country or on a UK-wide basis. The conferences focus on key issues relating to the care, support and protection of older people, and attract a range of delegates from the across the country from the public, private and voluntary sectors. We’re delighted to offer the opportunity to sponsor and/or exhibit in your chosen country or on a UK-wide basis. The conferences focus on key issues relating to the care, support and protection of older people, and attract a range of delegates from the across the country from the public, private and voluntary sectors.

Advantages of sponsorship As a conference sponsor, you’ll get:

extensive publicity and promotion in the run-up to the event/s throughout the day, and in conference follow-up. AEA receives regular media attention across the UK, including TV, radio and newspapers, and we’re therefore anticipating media mentions at all 4 events;

Additional 15% discount for AEA members.

The headline sponsorship option offers maximum coverage, and in all publicity and reporting before and after the event/s.

Pre-event: your company name and logo prominently displayed on all promotional material and

advertising, including social media, newsletters and mailings your logo, including a company blurb, on our website homepage and conference page

for 6 weeks prior to the event priority PR in our English, Scottish, Welsh and/or Northern Ireland newsletters

At the event: large display/exhibition stall within main conference area a 5 minute speaking slot, and mention by the Chair at the start of the day your logo displayed on delegate packs, conference bags, and presentation screen 2 company leaflets inserted in the delegate packs conference attendance for 4 staff.

Post-event: company branded thank you email and your contact details sent to all delegates your logo and company details included in the conference report.

Exhibition stands include the cost of the stand with one staff member (incl. lunch) who is also able to attend the rest of the event. There will be an additional cost of £10 per person for additional staff attending the conference.

You’ll have access to around 150 delegates at each conference, most of whom cascade information back to their colleagues and clients, at morning registration, lunch, two coffee breaks, and the end of the day.
