SYNOPSISThis story is about a couple(husband and wife) where the wife sacrifice everything just to take care of his sick husband. In the story the husband named Basu and the wife is Otima. Basu has been suffering for a number of years. His wife, Otima is always by his side and she will also make sure that her husband is always comfortable.

Woman must learn to accept their lack of power.Man are stronger than woman.

Power

- Mr Basu needs Otimas help most of the time due to his illness.- It shows that although the man is powerful than woman, he still needs woman by his side.

Patient

- Otima is a very patient wife because she is able to take care of her illness husband for so long.- It shows that women are more patient compared to men especially when their partner is sick.

CHARACTERISTICS

MR BASUHas suffering for a number of years with a physical and emotional problems which are asthma, depression and failing eyesight. He does not have an ability to do work by himself. So, he really needs his wife to help him in daily activities such as bath and eat.

MRS OTIMAShe is a loving and understanding wife. She realizes that her husband is unable to do things without her help. So, she understand her husbands state and always be by his side whenever her husband needs help.She is totally an exhausted wife but she still take a good care of his husband without uttering.
