Most often, Women

Empowerment, Women

Education, and similar kind of

factors are taken into account.

You must be wondering, “what is

the need for Gender Diversity and

Gender Equality in society.”

From generations and generations,

the power among men and women

is distributed unequally, which has

enormously diverted the dynamics

of society towards men. As a

result, men were engaged more

than women in every activity.

Initially, young boys and men

became the main allies in every

department. Gradually, the time

has changed, and women are being

brought up in almost every field,

whether professional or not.

The investment in women will not be

effective until men take a step up. Men

need to be willing to participate

alongside take authority and

responsibility for redistributing powers.

Society considers that women are

entitled only to do household chores,

childcare, and domestic activities.

Perhaps, men need to come forward

and prompt women to participate in

other activities rather than just

household chores. As a man, you just

need to take few steps for women's

empowerment.

Sharing experiencesand thoughts

According to a recent study, women tend to spend

around double the time as men’s just doing household

chores and taking care of their children. This was not

just the case for women like housewives but also

working professionals. Therefore, men and boys need

to engage more to foster gender equality in society.

There are enormous approaches and opportunities for

empowering women, yet this should not be a burden on

women’s rather be a choice. Moreover, the relationship

between men and women needs to be good at every

place, including work and outside. As a result, Gender

Diversity and Gender Equality is prompted in society.
