CLIENTELE The Company directly handles over 2,200 accounts, many of its major clients being large industrial and corporate customers. Some of its well-known clients include the State Bank of Pakistan, HBL, Standard Chartered Bank, Aga Khan Development Network, Liaquat National Hospital, UN Development Programme, British High Commission, Shell Pakistan Limited, Pakistan Petroleum Ltd, Pakistan Army GHQ, PSO and PIA. GEMCO personnel receive sales and technical training from our principal brands as well as refresher courses for all new products. To facilitate a high degree of customer satisfaction, the Company keeps

a full range of spare parts before product launches and a minimum stock of consumables in hand and under shipment at all times. This commitment to customer satisfaction and after-sales service has enabled GEMCO to maintain and enhance its reputation with customers.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

The machines, parts and consumables have limited shelf life which is why they are properly controlled with FIFO (first-in, first-out) scheduling. Particular care is always taken to maintain appropriate stock levels to ensure continuity / regularity of all SKUs.

TYPE OF BUSINESS / PREMISES

The Company is an Authorized Exclusive distributor & solution provider for the Pakistan market. The Company-owned premises include the head office and warehouse facility, two retail storefronts and three branches.
