founded in 1988 and is managed by James

Whitsitt, an entrepreneur who has started,

expanded and sold many companies. Mr. Whitsitt

has over 45 years of knowledge and experience in

various industries including finance and banking,

service operations, and the buying and selling of

plants, refineries, ships, barges, vessels, and heavy

equipment and machinery. The Global team

includes engineers, technicians, project

management, installation crews, and security.

Global specializes in surplus and new refineries, power plants and heavy machinery and offers many

types of Ships, Barges, and Tankers. Many international companies utilize Global resources to provide

value that can be delivered in a short time frame and assist all clients in achieving their objectives.

1. Global recently established GASD, an Aviation Group specializing in new and used

commercial and business Jets, and Helicopters.

2. New Modular Skid Mounted Refineries with a breakthrough Technology

B. Trading /Import /Export Service.Global works as a facilitator-agent for petrol products and commodities. The company has a major

cliental of buyers and sellers who need to distribute large volumes of crude oil, refined fuel, D-2/D-

6/Jet Fuel/Gasoline/Coal/Urea/Iron Ore/Coal/Copper and related products.

Other products include Sugar/Corn/Wheat/Edible Oils/Soybean Meal and similar products. Global

also sells large volumes of construction materials including concrete.

C. Finance-Equity & Capital-Bridge LoansGlobal has years of experience in the financial services sector. Global offers its clients sources of

finance/funding. These are groups who specialize in investing and funding various industries and an

international basis. These services are offered on a case by case basis related to companies with

private and government contracts The financial options may include Joint Venture (JV), Hedge Fund,

Equity Investors, or other financing arrangements.
