Participating Locations

ELIGIBILITY.Open to legal U.S. residents age 18 or older residing in the states of Wisconsin and Michigan. Employees of Pomp’s Tire Service, Inc. (“Sponsor” or “Center”), The Green Bay Packers, Inc., NFL Entities (as defined below), their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and advertising agencies (collectively, “Sweepstakes Entities”) and the immediate family (spouse, parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and members of the same household of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY.Entry will be available at participating Centers from September 2 to December 28, 2019 (“Sweepstakes Period”). To enter, complete an official entry form and deposit in Entry Box by indicated deadline. Do NOT give completed entry form to Center personnel. If entry forms are not available at a given Center, you may enter by depositing a 3" x 5" paper hand printed with your name, address (with zip code), telephone number, email address (if any) and date of birth. Limit one entry per person each Prize Period (as defined below). All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Receipt of entry will not be acknowledged. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt or proof of entry. Sponsor is not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, misdirected, stolen or missing entries, regardless of the cause; and, all such entries are void.

PRIZES.Sixty (60) Prizes of a $100 Packers Pro Shop Gift Card (total prize value: $6,000). Three (3) winners will be drawn after every regular season game and four (4) additional winners, for a total of seven (7) winners, will be drawn after every regular season NFC North Division home game. The initial Prize Period shall begin on September 2, 2019 and shall end at kickoff of the game on September 5, 2019. Each subsequent Prize Period shall begin immediately after the end of each game and shall end at kickoff of the following game, in accordance with the following Prize Period schedule:

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION.A random drawing to award one entry per Prize Period will be conducted by each participating Center within approximately three days after end of each Prize Period and mailed to Green Bay East Pomp’s Tire Service Center. A random drawing to award three prizes per Prize Period will be conducted by Green Bay East Pomp’s Tire Service Center. A random drawing to award four additional prizes, for a total of seven prizes per Prize Period, after those Prize Periods ending in NFC North Division home games (September 15, October 14 and December 15) will be conducted by Green Bay East Pomp’s Tire Service Center. Potential winner selected will be notified by telephone and will be required within a specified time to visit Center where they entered the Sweepstakes to present valid, government issued identification as proof of eligibility and to claim prize. Winner must sign prize receipt form to take possession of prize. Winner also may be required to complete a Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where lawful, a Publicity Release (“Declaration”). If a potential winner does not visit applicable Center within time specified in telephone call to claim prize; if Center personnel determine in their sole discretion that identification is not valid or potential winner is otherwise not eligible and in compliance with these Official Rules; if potential winner fails to provide identification altogether; if required, sign a Declaration; cannot be contacted after reasonable efforts by Center within 48 hours of drawing, at discretion of Sponsor that individual’s entry may be voided and an alternate potential winner selected (from among all remaining eligible entries received for applicable drawing). Odds of being selected as a winner depend upon the number of eligible entries received for applicable drawing.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS.Winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prize and any expenses not specified related to acceptance and use of prize, including but not limited to travel to and from Center for prize fulfillment. No prize transfer. No prize substitution except by Sponsor at its sole discretion for a prize, in whole or in part, of comparable value. Limit one prize per household.

GENERAL CONDITIONS.By entering, entrants (a) agree to the official rules and decisions of Sponsor which shall be final and binding; (b) to release and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities, Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC, and their respective employees, shareholders, directors and officers from any and all liability for any injuries, losses or damages arising out of their participation in the Sweepstakes and the acceptance and use of a prize; (c) acknowledge that Sweepstakes Entities and Bridgestone Americas Tire Operations, LLC have made no warranty or guaranty, express or implied, relative to any prize (excluding only express warranties provided by Green Bay Packers, Inc. on Packers Pro Shop Gift Cards); and (d) agree that except to post the names of winners at Centers, name of winner will not be used in advertising or publicity materials without written consent of winner. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in advertising of Sweepstakes; for late, lost, theft, mishandling or destruction of entries or Sweepstakes materials; for the failure for any reason to contact a potential winner. If, in sole discretion of Sponsor, due to force majeure, the fairness or integrity of the Sweepstakes is impaired (in whole or in part), Sponsor reserves right to terminate, suspend or modify the Sweepstakes and to award prize(s) for affected drawing(s) in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules; and notice of such action will be posted in affected Centers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants agree that the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the internal, substantive laws of Wisconsin; any suit or action shall be brought individually (not as a part of a class action) only in a state or federal court situated in Brown County, State of Wisconsin, with the entrant expressly agreeing to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and further agreeing that his/her damages in such action shall be limited to his/her actual out-of-pocket costs in conjunction with Sweepstakes participation, if any.

NAMES OF WINNERS.Names of winners will be posted or available at participating Pomp’s Tire Service centers for four weeks following prize award.
