Input : resources invested in your activities

Output: the direct and tangibles impact from the activities(people trained, trees planted, etc…)

Outcomes: Changes to people resulting from the activities(improved stability, new job)

• Ok, focus on implementing more projects for direct impact on the community as GCDP demand, basically with the same flow as our current project except the fact that we are expecting to create a better impact,
