The factory is located in afamous industrial town in

the Yangzi River Delta, andis convenient to all forms of shipping services.

There are 1,345,480 square feet of covered area and 484,370 square feet

of production area. The facility includesfour (4) hot piercing machines, two (2)

continuous spheroidizing furnaces, three(3) continuous annealing furnaces, onenonoxidizing bright furnace, over 30 cold

rolled machines and more than 20 colddraw machines. Testing equipment

includes on-line nondestructive testingfor product quality. The facility earnedthe ISO9001-2000 Quality System

Certification in 2001.

Spheroidize Anneal . This process is a controlled heating and cooling procedure to produce spheroidal or globular cementite

particles. Because of good machining characteristics it is usually applied on high alloy steels and tool steels.
