Approach Stabilisation Initiative Recommenda=on(IMM-10):

• GALandNATSshouldevaluatethepoten8alefficiencybenefitsofanearlierimplementa8onofadvancedTBStechnology(8mescaleforcomple8onofevalua8onwithin12months).

• ThatGatwickestablishesanenhancedcomplaintspolicyandfullytransparentprocedure,assoonaspossible,usinganon-lineformastheprimarymediumwhichrequirestheloca8on(postcode)ofthecomplainantandthedateand8meofdayoftheincidentsuchthattheaircraQinques8oncanbeiden8fiedandestablishedwiththeloca8on,therebyallowingempiricaldatatobedevelopedandanalysedsothatnoisemi8ga8onac8oncanbetaken.Thereshouldbenolimittothenumberofcomplaintsperhousehold.Forresidentsnotpossessingcomputeraccess,postalsubmissionsshouldbeaccepted,butrequiredtocontainthebasicinforma8onoutlinedabove.
