• ThatGALconsidersproposingtotheCAA,theestablishmentinairspacedesigncriteriaofaminimumdistancebetweenarrivingtracksforaircraQ,todeliverforarrivals;bothameaningfuldispersalandanopportunityforrespite.ThisislikelytoapplytoaircraQbeforetheyhavejoinedthefinalapproachtrack,whichforGatwickwillthereforebeat3000feetorabove.

•  Theadop8onofcarefullydesignedroutes-fromtheapproachholdingfixesusedforGatwicktotheILSfinalapproachtracks-providesrealopportunity:toreducenoise,todisturbfewerpeople,todeliverfairandequitabledispersalofnoise;andtodeliverwelldefinedrespitemeasures.TheLondonAirspaceManagementProgrammeshouldbedevelopedbyNATSandGALtoincorporatealterna8veproposalstothosepublishedin2013,assoonasreasonablypossible,forconsulta8on,agreementandimplementa8onforGatwickarrivals.
