Custom blends are special order with two additional weeks for product delivery and a 10-15%additional charge, depending on the blend type and size requested. Thestandard ColorFlake blends we offer have proven to be the most popular and are highly recommend for use in the designated market segments.

The GatorThane Coating SystemDesigned for areas that demand enhanced durability with an upscale custom appearance!Not limited to concrete, the GatorThane system can be applied to plywood, sheet rock, or metal surfaces.However, GatorThane has been specifically engineered for use on Residential, Institutional, Industrial, andCommercial floors. Revitalize After years of service, the unique GatorThane floor systems allows you to revitalize the membrane by sanding the surface and applying a new topcoat.

GatorThane HEAVY DUTY System!Engineered for durable use in the most demanding areas!Our most advanced system yet, GatorThane offers the tough, resilient, ColorQuartz Aggregate floor system. Specifically recommended for areas such ascommercial kitchen floors, machines shops, food processing plants, bottling/canning industry, food distribution centers, cold storage facilities, or any floorsubjected to extreme abuse and constant water exposure. This uniquesystem is installed virtually the same asthe ColorFlake process, however thequartz aggregate system requires theapplication of a double broadcast. Thisgives the coating membrane long termdurability and high impact resistance. The GatorThane HEAVY DUTY CoatingSystem is available with either blendedor solid color quartz aggregate.
