Proposal of CO2 Gas Bank

Gas Bank is system in which all CO2 machines are operating through single header. One bank

is in running operation while another is ready for next change over operation.

Following are the benefits after installation of CO2 Gas Bank (Manifold System) with considering

your operation criteria.

• To improve welding quality by maintain uniform flow of gas with proper heating.• To avoid down time of machines by eliminating empty cylinder replacing time.• To minimize labour charges by eliminating empty cylinder replacing time.• To avoid maintenance cost of gas handling accessories like Regulator, Pre-Heater and Gas Pipe etc.• To avoid gas leakages• To minimize gas consumption by excess flow of gas.• Saving power consumption by remove Pre-Heater for each machine
