Clean EnergyThe chiller is driven by clean energy--natural gas with less combustion exhaust and contamination, which dramatically reduces greenhouse effect and is beneficial to energy reconstruction.

Peak Load ShiftingAir conditioner requires sharp increase of electricity supply, while gas fired chiller facilitates the electricity and gas peak load shifting, which reduces the tension of electricity/gas supply network and operation cost.

Natural Working MediumIt adopts MR717 as working medium, no harm to ozone instead of fluoro-containing refrigerant.

Ultra-high Temperature CoolingThe chiller can operate stably under the ambient temperature which can be up to 55°C, to provide users a comfortable living and working space.

Ultra-low Temperature HeatingThe heat pump can operate stably under the ambient temperature which can be down to -20°C, to provide users living and working space as warm as in spring.

GAX Absorption Cycle

One of the outstanding advantages is that absorption line products adopt GAX cycle. It includes generator, absorber, condenser, evaporator, solution pump as well as several heat exchangers to attain the high-efficiency performance. These heat exchangers consist of Generator-Absorber Heat Exchanger (GAX), Adiabatic Section, Generator Heat Exchanger (GHX), Rectifier and Subcooler.

The increased efficiency of the GAX cycle is the result of achieving this simultaneous vapor generation and vapor absorption by internal exchange of heat. The vapor generated in the GAX saves the gas that would otherwise have to be used to generate in a conventional generator.

The three figures show the cycle principles of different products.

Description of Main Components and Function

Generator: Heats and distills solution to provide ammonia vapor (99.5%) and weak solution (4%). SCA/GAX Absorber: Provides suction to evaporator using weak solution as well as heat recovery. Solution Pump: Pumps strong solution from low to high pressure. Condenser: Rejects heat and provides condensate. PTXV: Provides expansion of ammonia and controls the refrigeration effect (high efficiency expansion valve). Evaporator: Accepts heat input to liquid and provides vapor to absorber. Air Coil*: Condenser portion rejects heat and provides condensate, absorber portion completes absorption of ammonia and rejects heat. Defrost Valve**: When the unit runs in very low temperatures, it will produce frost. The valve is used to remove the frost. Condenser***: Condenser portion rejects heat and provides condensate, absorber portion completes absorption of ammonia and rejects heat. Note:* for air cooled type unit only;** for air cooled gas-fired absorption heat pump only;*** for geothermal gas-fired absorption heat pump only.

Feature

Advanced complete premix combustion technology achieves not only full burning but also stepless adjustment of energy input. Aluminum heat exchanger makes full use of the heat from high-temperature exhaust gas, reaching extremely high efficiency. Able to realize modular combination and remote operation with air conditioning units and boilers. Two kinds of structures built-in and stand-alone facilitate operation and installation.

Matched with gas-fired absorption chiller and heat pump provides the best service to customers.

gas-fried absorption chiller and heat pumps is characterized by its unique fexibility: free combination of different modules according to users’ various demands provides opti-mized and energy saving solutions to meet the needs of cooling, heating and DHW, etc..

Outstanding Advantages:

Modular DesignModular design in configuration and control realizes parallel combination of several same and different modules and facilitates installation; meanwhile, users’ existing solar system (not supply by us) can also be integrated with gas-fred absorpton modules to provide domestic hot water throughout the year.

Stepless Inverter AdjustmentThe unit adopts inverter and variable control technology for intelligent modulation. It can realize 50-100% of stepless adjustment according to users’ actual needs to achieve maxi-mum SEER; extra inverter pumps and storage tanks are not needed any more, thus saving initial investment and running costs while improving efficiency.

Diversified Indoor TerminalsIndoor units can adopt fan coil units, air handling units, roof radiation, floor heating, ra-diators, etc. to provide users with the most comfortable indoor environment.

Heat Recovery (in development)in cooling mode, the unit can use heat recovery function to provide free domestic hot wa-ter.
