Leonard Automatics’ signature in the industry is our stainless steel construction. All of our finishers feature stainless steel wall panels inside and out. Add to that the stainless interior ceiling and floor and we have wrapped the unit in stainless steel. In addition, the walls and ceiling include high-density insulation to hold the heat inside the tunnel.

Our frame design uses a formed base supported with three U-channel ribs welded to a framework made from tubular steel, iron and precision laser cut steel plate. This precision has made the manufacturing process more efficient and highly accurate.

Custom Frames

Leonard Automatics is proud to feature the PLC Interface Control Center on the ProFinisher® Series finishing tunnels. Standard on the Gas buring models,

the system is controlled through a touch screen interface with easy to navigate menus. Simple to understand, it provides important information including machine operation, troubleshooting, run-time history, maintenance schedules and data logs.

Leonard Automatics, Inc. first pioneered the garment frame tunnel finisher concept in the early 1970’s. The use of a frame to hold and form the garment during the curing process increases fiber memory and improves product quality.

The ProFinisher® will heat-set synthetic fibers for the seamless industry and finish knit products better than hand pressing.
