Always & Forever Hybrid Tea 2011 Tall, upright grower. Exhibition-style blooms; extra large, long lasting, shapely flowers in a bright ruby red. Slight fragrance, but very good disease resistance.

Angel Face Floribunda 1969 AARS Winner Clusters of ruffle-edged lavender blooms on a bushy medium sized plant. Heat loving plant. Highly fragrant flowers.

Anna’s Promise Hybrid Tea 2015 Large gold and copper colored blooms with a sweet spicy fragrance. Medium sized bush, with rounded form.

Apricots n’ Cream NEW Hybrid Tea 2016 Vigorous grower, with an ivory apricot colored bloom. Above average disease resistance, bushy and strong.

Barbra Streisand Hybrid Tea 2001 Chosen by Barbra herself, this bush has large shapely lavender blooms, with darker purple edges. Great cutting rose and wonderful fragrance.

Baronne de Rothschild Hybrid Tea 1968 Cherry red to pink blooms, with a cream reverse, this clean, vigorous growing bush also has a terrific fragrance. Great addition to any bouquet.

Blue Girl Hybrid Tea 1964 This “blue” rose is a unique, highly sought after shade of silvery blue-lavender. Classic high pointed blooms are very fragrant. Susceptible to common rose diseases.

Brandy Hybrid Tea 1982 AARS winner Very large, peachy apricot flowers on strong, long stems. Beautifully shaped buds with moderate fragrance.

Brilliant Pink Iceberg Floribunda 2001 This is a sport of the original Iceberg rose, and is identical in all but color. Use as hedges, or borders for that spot of color your landscape needs. Good disease resistance.

Broadway Hybrid Tea 1986 Created in Southern California, this jumbo sized rose is great for cutting, and has a terrific fragrance.

California Dreamin’ Hybrid Tea 2009 Clean white with a pink picotee, this fragrant rose has good disease resistance too. Does especially well in So Cal.

Chrysler Imperial Hybrid Tea 1953 AARS Winner Large blooms with perfect form, rich deep burgundy red color, and a fragrance to die for! This rose is a personal favorite. Best disease resistance in inland areas.

Colorific Floribunda 2010 Beautiful pointed buds open to rich colors of salmon and coral. Great cut flower with a strong fragrance. Good disease resistance in inland areas. Could easily pass as a hybrid tea with bloom size and form.

Dark Night Hybrid Tea Deep velvet red with a golden cream reverse. Classic rose form on long single stems.



Doris Day Floribunda 2015 Bright yellow blooms with a strong spicy fragrance. Very floriferous, with good disease resistance. Medium sized, bushy growth habit.

Double Delight Hybrid Tea 1977 AARS Winner The red and ivory color alone is a winner, but the powerful fragrance will make it your favorite. Susceptible to common rose problems, but worth the effort.

Easy Does It Floribunda 2010 AARS Winner Peachy pink suffused with mango orange clusters of ruffled blooms atop healthy disease resistant foliage. Moderate fragrance.

Ebb Tide Floribunda 2006 Deep plum-purple blooms with a strong spicy fragrance. Moderate disease resistance. Bushy rounded habit. Improves with age.

Falling in Love Hybrid Tea 2006 Large classically shaped buds open to shades of warm pink and white. Great cut flower with long stems and strong fragrance.

Firefighter Hybrid Tea 2006 Large long- stemmed, deep red roses, with a strong rose fragrance make the perfect bouquet. A portion of each sale benefits the “Remember Me” garden fund honoring victims of 9/11.

First Prize Hybrid Tea 1970 AARS Winner ENORMOUS high centered, pink and white blended blooms atop tall bushy plants. Another personal favorite. Mild fragrance. Good disease resistance inland, moderate on coast.

Fragrant Cloud Grandiflora 1968 Deep coral-orange blooms with a spicy fragrance of roses and clove. Large shapely blooms on a medium sized bush.

Fragrant Plum Grandiflora 1990 Tall, long-stemmed lavender blooms are perfect for cutting. Strong fragrance and moderate disease resistance.

French Lace Floribunda 1982 Delicate blooms have a pale apricot tint when closed, then open to beautiful ivory blooms. Slight fragrance.

Full Sail Hybrid Tea 1999 Lovely white rose with good fragrance. Glossy foliage, and good flower form. Best size and form in cool weather.

Gentle Giant Hybrid Tea 2006 Monstrous blooms are rich pink with a golden glow. Classic form, opens slowly. Medium height, somewhat spreading shape.

Gingersnap Floribunda 1978 Clusters of ruffled flowers in dazzling tones of orange and copper. Rounded bushy habit. Mild fragrance.

Gold Struck NEW Grandiflora 2016 Golden yellow, suffused with orange. Medium sized clusters, great disease resistance, and vigorous growth.

Henry Fonda Hybrid Tea 1996 Distinct deep yellow blooms on a clean vigorous plant. Medium height, good disease resistance. Light fragrance

Honor Hybrid Tea 1980 Pure white blooms with a hint of fragrance. Long stems make great cut flowers. Dark green foliage is a nice contrast.

Hot Cocoa Floribunda 2003 Deep orange/red with rich chocolate tones. Novel color, and good bloomer. Medium large, bushy with good disease resistance.

Iceberg Floribunda 1958 This is one of the top performers of all time. Bushy and nearly thornless, it produces clusters of white flowers nonstop. It is the top seller every year.

In the Mood Hybrid Tea 2007 Bright, true red blooms that don’t fade with age. Long stems are perfect for cutting. Large classically formed buds, healthy gray green foliage.

Ingrid Bergman Hybrid Tea 1984 A beautiful deep red rose with nice form, and good rebloom. The bush is on the smaller side, but the blooms are large. Moderate fragrance.

Intrigue Floribunda 1984 AARS Winner Deep red buds open to a rich plum color unique among roses. Glossy foliage, and strong fragrance make this a nice addition to your rose garden.

John F Kennedy Hybrid Tea 1965 Slow opening, pointed white blooms honor our 35th President. Moderate fragrance, heavily petaled blooms stand up to hot weather.

Julia Child Floribunda 2006 AARS Winner Bright golden yellow blooms boast a strong fragrance, and prolific, vigorous habit. Very disease resistant, and floriferous. Excellent in the San Diego area.

Jump For Joy Floribunda 2014 Large clusters of long lived peachy pink blooms with mild fragrance. Sister to ‘Sparkle & Shine’. Medium sized and rounded bushy plant with good disease resistance.

Just Joey Hybrid Tea 1972 Very large, ruffled apricot blooms, with a pleasing strong fragrance. Red tinted foliage.

Ketchup & Mustard Floribunda 2012 One side of the petal is ketchup red, the other mustard yellow on this eyecatching floribunda. Nice rounded plant with glossy foliage.

Lasting Love Hybrid Tea 1993 Large dark reddish pink blooms with a powerful fragrance. Strong stems, and glossy foliage make this a great plant. Heat tolerant.

Let Freedom Ring Hybrid Tea 2007 Bright red, high centered blooms show terrific vase life when cut. Large flowers, slight fragrance, heat tolerant.

Marmalade Skies Floribunda 2001 AARS Winner This bright orange bloomer is just terrific. Vigorous, healthy, and bushy, it produces loads of colorful blooms. It is another of personal favorite of ours.

Midas Touch Hybrid Tea 1994 AARS Winner Bright golden yellow in every season. Large double blooms, moderate fragrance, glossy, dark green foliage.

Miss All American Beauty Hybrid Tea 1968 Hardy, beautiful rose, with deep pink, strongly fragrant blooms. Large flowers are full with many petals.

Miss Congeniality NEW Grandiflora 2016 Pure white centers with deep pink edges make this rose a real eye catcher. Moderate fragrance, good disease resistance. Upright busy growth.

Mister Lincoln Hybrid Tea 1965 AARS Winner One of the best red roses ever. Tall, stately plants with strong stems. Large classically shaped blooms with a powerful fragrance. Good disease resistace.

Moonstone Hybrid Tea 1999 This flower is amazing . Very large, fully double white flowers are lightly dipped in soft pink. The flower will open best with some heat. Good cut flower.

Neil Diamond Hybrid Tea 2015 This tall, eye catching rose, pink and white striped, has an equally delicious fragrance. Heavy petaled, with classic form makes a great cut flower.

Neptune Hybrid Tea 2004 Beautiful large lavender blended blooms with a powerful fragrance. Upright bushy plants with strong stems, and above average disease resistance.

Octoberfest Grandiflora 1999 Clusters of large blooms blended in orange and golden yellow hues. Moderate fragrance, good disease resistance, and strong stems for cutting. Tall upright growing plant.

Oh My! Floribunda 2013 Deep velvety red blooms in showy clusters against dark green foliage makes this rose a show stopper in the garden! Very good disease resistance.

Olympiad Hybrid Tea 1984 Long lasting, well formed pure red blooms on long stout stems. Flowers are medium-large, with a light fragrance. Vigorous upright growing.



Over the Moon Hybrid Tea 2010 Warm apricot flowers with beautiful form open slowly. Bushy, healthy foliage, above average disease resistance. We were pleasantly surprised with this new introduction.

Peace Hybrid Tea 1946 AARS Winner Perhaps the most famous rose of all, this yellow and pink blushed beauty has large double blooms with mild fragrance. It is heat tolerant, with decent disease resistance.

Perfect Moment Grandiflora 1991 AARS Winner The deep yellow dipped in red ignites the landscape. Large flowers have good form and last long in vases. Good disease resistance inland.

Perfume Delight Hybrid Tea 1974 AARS Winner Large, deep pink blooms are full and shapely. Strong fragrance, and average disease resistance.

Polynesian Punch NEW Floribunda 2016 Very compact, bushy floribunda rose with yellow/orange/pink blooms. No noticeable fragrance.

Pope John Paul II Hybrid Tea 2008 One of the finest white roses of all time. Vigorous, bushy habit, disease resistant, and fantastic flower form and fragrance.

Pretty Lady Rose NEW Hybrid Tea 2016 Compact upright growth, with large old fashioned ruffled blooms in a long lasting deep pink color. Moderate fragrance

St Patrick Hybrid Tea 1996 AARS Winner Large light yellow-green flowers open slowly. Strong stems make it a good cut flower. Slight fragrance, bushy habit. Heat tolerant.Average disease resistance.



Sweet Surrender Hybrid Tea 1983 AARS Winner One sniff and you’ll want this rose. The pure pink blooms are pretty, but the fragrance is the golden ticket for this rose. A “must have” for every garden. Average disease resistance.

Stainless Steel Hybrid Tea 1997 This “improved” Sterling Silver boasts the same color, long stems, and strong fragrance, but it is much easier to care for. Vigorous growing, with good disease resistance.

Sugar Moon Hybrid Tea 2012 A SUPER fragrant pure white rose. Large, classically formed blooms atop an upright bushy plant. Long stems are great for cutting.

Tuscan Sun Floribunda 2004 Beautiful coppery buds open and change to sunset hues of apricot and pink. Nice, bushy plant, makes a great mass planting.

Twilight Zone Grandiflora 2013 Deep velvet purple blooms, with a strong fragrance. Flowers large, and heavily petaled with an old fashioned form. Similar to Ebb Tide, but larger blooms, and more vigorous.

Veterans Honor Hybrid Tea 2000 Beautiful shapely red blooms atop long stems that can last in a vase up to 2 weeks! Great rose for bouquets.

CLIMBING ROSES: Climbing roses are terrific for providing loads of

color throughout the year. All will require some

support, either ties, or trellises. Prune climbing

roses differently, leaving the tall canes, and just

trim back the lateral branches.

Cecil Brunner Climbing polyantha 1894 Beloved old-timer. Profuse bloom in the spring with light pink, sweetly scented flowers.

Don Juan Large Flowered Climber 1958 An all-time favorite climbing rose, both for its deep velvety color, and its strong fragrance.

Eden Large Flowered Climber 1987 Heavily petaled white-pink flowers. Slight fragrance. This popular climber can be a little slow to establish, but worth the wait. Good disease resistance.

Iceberg Climbing Floribunda 1968 Discovered as a sport of ‘Iceberg’, this rose has the same bright white blooms and free-flowering habit. Blooms on old wood only. Canes climb 12’-14’.

Joseph’s Coat Large Flowered Climber 1964 Very popular climber with multi colored blooms of orange, yellow, red and pink. Blooms on new and old wood. Canes reach 10’-12’.

Pretty In Pink Eden Large Flowered Climber 2015 Deeper pink color than ‘Eden’, slightly more petals, and more fragrance. Same disease resistance and vigor.

Red Eden Large Flowered Climber 2004 Dark red, heavily petaled blooms with mild fragrance.

Sky’s the Limit Large Flowered Climber 2007 Buttery yellow blooms and clean green foliage . Very hardy, and free-flowering. Climbing canes reach 10’-12’.

White Eden Large flowered climber 2006 Old fashioned white blooms cover this vigorous climber. Good disease resistance, slight fragrance.



TREE ROSES: Our tree roses are Grade 1, 36” standard double

grafted roses. Prune the tops of the tree roses to

shape. Tree roses need extra care if planted bare-

root, but if planted as a rooted container plant, they

are just as easy are bush roses. The following
