The Centre is also the technical as well as administrative coordinator of e-PG Pathshala project, a project funded by MHRD under NME-ICT which has allocated funds to the University Grants Commission for the development of e-content in 77 subjects at postgraduate level.
Gandhinagar is the capital city of Gujarat established as a modernized twin city with Ahmedabad. The city is the administrative centre, the power block of the state of Gujarat, as it encompasses almost all the important offices of the state. The city is a dedication to greenery and aptly does justice to the goals of the tri colour.
INFLIBNET Centre is located near Infocity which is global ITeS Outsourcing hub in Gujarat provides world class infrastructure to BPO, KPO, Software development & other ITeS outsourcing companies. It is the most desirable location in the fastest growing knowledge corridor of Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar region. Papers, composed preferably in Word, RTF or compatible format, can be submitted online at
The length of the paper should not be more than 5000 words. All necessary inputs should be provided at the time of submitting the papers. The references in the paper should be cited according to the guidelines and examples explained on the convention website based on the A. P. A. Style Manual. Authors are advised to follow the standard citation practices and cite articles, chapters in books/ conference proceedings, Web sites that are used in compilation of their articles. The paper should neither be published anywhere nor should have been kept under consideration for publication elsewhere. A passport size photograph(s) of author(s) is required to be submitted with the paper either in print or in digital format. The authors of the accepted papers need to transfer the copyright to the conference organizers for publishing the paper into the convention proceedings and the INFLIBNET Institutional Repository. The authors will also be free to upload their published papers into any institutional repositories.

The Information and Library Network (INFLIBNET) Centre was established in May 1996 as an independent, autonomous Inter-University Centre (IUC) of the University Grants Commission (UGC). Major activities and services of the Centre includes automation of academic libraries and information centres, creation of union databases (IndCat) of resources available in academic libraries, promote resource sharing among academic libraries, promote information access and transfer, support scholarship, learning and academic pursuits. The Centre acts as a nodal agency for networking of libraries and information centres in universities, institutions of higher learning and R & D institutions in India with an aim to promote scholarly communication. The Centre has developed SOUL 2.0 a state-of-the-art integrated library management software which is having a strong user base of 3000+ installations. The Centre provides access of more than 7500 journals to more than 300 universities across the country through the UGC-INFONET Digital library consortium. Through the N-LIST programmes, funded by the MHRD under the National Mission of Education through ICT, provides online access to 3,800+ e-journals and 80,000 e-books to Govt.-aided and non-aided colleges. The Centre hosts the Shodhganga, a National Repository of electronic theses and dissertations in open access mode and so far signed MOU with 100 universities and having more than 5000 fulltext theses. The Centre also supports open access movement through the OJAS (Open Journal System at INFLIBNET Centre) which hosts the journals published by
