GALLO: Brief history

The memory of “Azeite Gallo” finds its origins at the end of the 19th century.

It was in 1860 that "União Industrial Lda." was founded in Abrantes, next to

the Olive Oil producers.

In 1919, Mr. Victor Guedes registered the brand GALLO.

GALLO is a Master Blender and uses this unique know-how to select

the best olives (from over 400 different olive tree species) and the best olive

oil for the consumer.
