Intentional or Unintentional…Makes all the difference

Intentional…I hide who I am and Pretend I'm something else

When caught, I deny orRationalize, justify, blameshift

Christ is disgracedThe Holy Spirit is grieved

God's Name has been takenIn vain

Unintentional…I never proclaim to be perfect

I also don't justify or rationalizeWhen I fall, I humbly confess

And it shows my need for JesusGlorifies my God

And tells people that Jesus is atWork forgiving and growing me

Jesus was grieved byIntentional Hypocrisy

Unintentional hypocrisyPoints to Jesus as the Perfect One and Forgiver

When I walk closely with GodWhat grieves my heart is a

Reflection of what grieves his

What grieves God Will grieve me

What causes God joy Will cause me joy

My reactions become a mirror Of my King

There is a Call on your lifeRight where you are

We ourselves are Jews by birth and not Gentile sinners; yet we

know that a person is not justified by works of the law…

…but through faith in Jesus Christ, so we also have believed in Christ Jesus, in order to be justified by faith in Christ and not by works of the law

…because by works of the law no one will be justified

But if, in our endeavor to be justified in Christ, we too were found to be sinners, is Christ then a servant of sin? Certainly not!

We aren't Gentile sinners(People who don't follow Law)

But now we aren't under LawSo did Jesus make us "sinners"?

For if I rebuild what I tore down, I prove myself to be a transgressor

If I go back to Law, PeterI prove my own hypocrisy & sin

For through the law I died to the law, so that I might live to God

Fulfilled in Christ

I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me

I died to the LawBecause I died to self

Which also means…I don't need

The approval of man

Nor do I have to fear manOr man's organizations

And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me

But I do fear God…and love him

I do not nullify the grace of God, for if righteousness were

through the law, then Christ died for no purpose

- Gal. 2:12-21

God doesn't demandYour perfection

He becomes your perfectionAnd dies on a cross for your sinTo set you free from hypocrisy

Identity in Christ

Only Jesus is PerfectI am in Christ

He is my Perfection and myForgiveness when I stumble

I don't have to Play the hypocriteTo please people

No matter who they are

Hypocrisy grieves the Heart Of God

And it should grieve ours

"So let's all judgeThe hypocrites!"

My own hypocrisy shouldGrieve my heart most
