17TH ANNUAL NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON SPECIAL CARE ISSUES IN DENTISTRY he focus of the 17th Annual National Conference on Special Care Issues in Dentistry is “Call T for Action: Partnerships for Ensuring Access to Care for People with Special Needs.” One goal of this meeting is to involve members of as many health care disciplines as possible in recognizing the potential benefits of establishing working partnership with local, state and national governmental policy makers. We have scheduled a Legislative Advocacy Workshop on Thursday, April 14 coupled with visits to Capitol Hill. Over 60 exceptionally strong educational pro- grams are being presented during the Conference.
