Visit our website, www.computershare.com,and choose “View your shareholding” from the “How can we help you” menu. Remember to have your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN) on hand.

STEP 1

Click on “Register”

STEP 2

Enter the name of the company in which you have shares, If you have shares in more than one company, just use one of those.

Enter your Shareholder Reference Number (SRN), your postal code, and select Country & type in the security code.

Click Submit to proceed.

This is the Account Validation phase. Please read the terms and conditions carefully and once you are happy that you fully understand them click Yes

STEP 4

Complete the required fields using the guidelines next to each and click Submit to proceed. Fields marked with an asterisk are required fields.

You have now reached the confirmation stage. Your activation code will be emailed to you on the business day following that on which you registered.

The activation code will provide you with full access to all of the features on Investor Centre.

STEP 6

Your account has now been successfully created and simply awaits your confirmation code.

Enter the activation code and click submit to enjoy all of the features on Investor Centre Submit to proceed.

FORGOTTEN USER ID AND PASSWORD

If you’re an existing user and have forgotten your user ID or your password just click on “Forgotten User ID” or “Forgotten Password”

You will be redirected to a new screen. Complete the required fields and click Submit

For security reasons, you will be asked a number of questions. After which you will reach the screen where you are able to input a new password or user ID.

As a security precaution, you will receive an email notifying you that changes have been made to your security details on Investor Centre.
