Primavera Mall-Medellin, Colombia New Shopping Center in the City’s downtown
New 52,000 square meter, 5 story shopping Center in Medellin’s downtown.
The project includes 5 retail levels above ground with 5 levels of underground
parking. The top floor houses a Lifestyle center with a fully automated
retractable roof and commanding vistas to the city.

Shopping Center Interior Renovation
Boca Raton, FL.
Complete interior renovation of one of Florida’s largest malls, including raising
the roof and enlarging the luxury and lifestyle portion of the mall. New Valet
motor court entrances at the luxury extension.

Oakland Mall-Guatemala, Guatemala Renovation and Addition to Shopping Center in the City’s downtown
Complete renovation of the most successful shopping Center in Central
America. The project involves a full renovation of the existing 47,000 square
meter mall and the addition of a new Lifestyle Center above a five level

Orlando, FL.
New corporate office campus design on a 14 acre site to include a 260,000 sf
corporate headquarters, a 130,000 multi-tenant office building, a 6 level
parking garage and a 120 key hotel.

Distrito Portales, Guatemala Master Planning for Mixed Use project
Master Planning for a new mixed use site to comprise 6 new residential
towers, 4 office towers, a new art museum, parks and a new commercial/retail
town center

Temple Hall Agri-Educational Visitor Center.
Leesburg, VA
The new 10000 sf Visitor's Center at Temple Hall Farm Park, designed for
NVRPA as a Design/Build project, provides an educational and recreational
resource center that explores farming in Loudoun County for the people of
Northern Virginia. This project achieved LEED Gold Certification.

Park Village, Ft. Belvoir, VA. New community comprised of 22 new identical houses and two rehabilitated historic houses. New homes
were 2,500 square foot three to four-bedroom house, with a two-car garage and ample storage for
military families, which would also remain respectful to the two historic houses, which were built in the early
1920’s. The historic setting is maintained by removing driveways and cars from the main road and
providing tuck-under and detached garages along a rear alley.

Jadwin Loop Village
Ft. Belvoir, VA.
Rehabilitation of five ca.1935 Colonial Revival historic townhouses and compatible new infill units were
added. The new buildings include five 3 story townhouses each; similar to the original buildings, varying
slightly in size and style and subtle detailing distinguishing new from old. New garage buildings and rear
decks provide similar amenities to the historic units, maintaining their desirability.

Gerber Village
Ft. Belvoir, VA.
The Gerber Village Rehabilitation project included the rehabilitation and expansion of all of the houses,
returning the historic details and character to the Village while bringing the houses up to current Army
standards for family housing. The classical site plan was preserved, along with numerous mature trees. New
garages were added behind every house and a secluded patio now nestles between house and garage.

Overlee Community Association,
Arlington VA New clubhouse and pools
Master Planning and redevelopment of the Overlee Community Association
site in Arlington, VA, which consisted of 3 new pools, volleyball court,
playground area, new parking areas and a large mixed use shingle style
clubhouse.

Baltimore, MD, USA.
Architect in charge for the new 23,000 square feet interior renovation to serve
as DDG’s office new headquarters.

Complete renovation of an existing restaurant space converted into a 9,000 sf
Argentinian steakhouse franchise Steel, stainless steel, natural wood and
sealed concrete create a clean and warm experience for the guests.
