    Risk control measures - BeforeEntry requirements• Have not been diagnosed with COVID in the last 14 days;• Have not had symptoms consistent with COVID in the last 14

    days (including fever, cough, malaise or upper respiratory tract symptoms);

    • Have not had close contact with someone who has been diagnosed with or had symptoms of COVID in the last 14 days; and

    • Have completed 14 days quarantine if they have travelled internationally or within the United States from countries or states with elevated risk.
