“Mission of the UIC TM&TCS Conference”(Proposed)

1. Participants of the First Global TM&TCS Conference, understanding and respecting the various thoughts and unique creative ideas handed down from their predecessors, regional realities, and customer needs, will promote and support technological innovations around the world.

2. Participants of the First Global TM&TCS Conference, in order to respond to the even higher quality requirements for future railway traffic management, signalling & train control systems, will play an independent and continuous role in each region for the development, growth and standardization of such systems.

3. Participants of the First Global TM&TCS Conference will actively exchange information mutually with other participants and will report the contents and achievements of their regional activities at the next conference.

4. We hope to hold the Second Global TM&TCS Conference in Tokyo, Japan, in spring of 2010.
