Purpose, nature, and applicability of the test
G4ATR is designed to measure candidates basic Skill, knowledge and Abilities (SKA) on following areas.
– English reading and comprehension ability– Knowledge of English grammar – Knowledge of vocabulary– Problem solving ability– Reasoning ability (logical and critical)– Knowledge of basic mathematical – Basic knowledge of the engineering background of the specialization in
undergraduate engineering degree.– Learning ability
The score of this test should be used along with other tools like group discussion and interview to check candidate’s motivation, group behavior, interest, communication/ English speaking ability and over all personality, which plays a major role in forming a decision about suitability of the candidate for the job or program
