All first-time graduate students are required to provide a complete health history and proof of immunization to Student Health Services. The CERTIFICATION OF IMMUNIZATION must be completed fully and accurately by the student's health care provider prior to matriculation at Virginia State University. Send all completed health forms to:
You must apply well in advance so that your file may be reviewed and your admission processed, the Form I-20 issued and processing time for your courtry's immigration requirements.
The certification process must be completed prior to December 1st, for the Spring semester.

The International Student Advisor will assist with your Financial Certification and Form I -20.

The International Student Advisor will evaluate your Financial Documentation to ensure that you have satisfied Department of Homeland Security directives. When all admission and Department of Homeland Security requirements have been met, a Form I-20 will be mailed to you. If you already have a Visa or permanent residency card, submit these to the International Student Advisor.
