• No longer just uses the criterion of Withdraw Reason = ‘99’ to determine a graduate.

• Looks for students based on their latest FN record having a graduation date between the first day of school in the current school year and day before first day of school next year

Attendance Reporting• Attupdemis updated to correct issues in calculation• Calculates all attendance in hours• Calculation based on a full day times student FTE• Uses calendar assignments on FD records

Calendars

Updates for FY16

• Working on a better way to do calendars next year

• May FY16 calendar reporting – just report the default calendar in each building for now• Don’t need all the exceptions, only reporting start and

end date

• Working on Calendar Verification process and new calendar exception displays

Credit Hours vs FTE

Creating a new report to point out students with less than 5 credits and their FTE

• Will be under Report Builder Reports• Will list students and their total attempted credits• Will highlight students with attempted credits < 5.00 • Drill-down capabilities to show details of student

course section assignments & attempted credits

Special Services Updates• Adding Next Gen Assessment options to Testing Page in SpS

• Updating SpS EMIS extract to pull the new assessment areas and dates

• Will be updating the StudentInformation SpS Import to load new accommodations values once scores are available
