There will be a combination of methods but

primarily all milestones will be 0/100.

Why has it changed?

New instances of MS Project Server These instances are separate from FY09 to

ensure data integrity and improve toolperformance

To improve performance measurements

By assessing performance at the milestonelevel, we are able to increase the

objectiveness of schedule status entries This results in more accurate EVM metrics

and improved decision making

Previously status was only taken at the
