FY型耐腐蚀液下泵系立式单级液下离心泵,是我们公司融合国外的先进技术经改造设计而生产的新型泵。
FY型泵取消了机械密封,解决了其他泵因机械密封容易磨损而经常维修的烦恼,使该泵具有无泄漏、使用寿命长、节约了泵的运行成本、
提高了工作效率等特点。
FY型泵采用独特的离心式叶轮,供输送不含固体颗粒等清洁的介质,振动小、噪音低、效率高。
FY corrosiveproof submerge pump is vertical singlestage submerge pump, it is a new generational product which is
developed by our company combined with foreign advanced technology.
FY pump hasn't mechanical seal, so it needn't to maintain mechanical seal, which is no leakage and long life, it saves the oper
ation cost and improves the work efficiency.
FY pump adopts special centrifugal impeller, to transport clean medium without solid particle, low shake, low noise and high e

泵体部分:泵体、泵盖
转子部分:轴、叶轮、上护轴套、下护轴套、联轴器
轴承部分:向心推力球轴承、球轴承采用黄油或二硫化钼润滑
支承部分:电机架、轴承体、中间接管、底板
管件部分:出液管、弯管、吸入管
密封部分:泵用软填料密封为基本形式

型泵的立式电机用双头螺栓紧固于电机架上,并通过弹性联轴器与泵相接,由泵体、中间接管、轴承体、 FY 出液管、
管法兰以及螺栓连接构成一体,固定在底板上,泵的整体通过底板安装在容器上。
泵的轴向力与径向力(包括运转中产生的水压力和叶轮转子重量等)均由轴承体内的单向推力球轴承,单列向心球 轴承以及
滑动导轴承所承受,为保证泵安全正常转动,导轴承由所输送的液体滑润。
FY型耐腐蚀液下离心泵系列,因转数不同,叶轮的几何形状也不同,一般采用闭式或开式叶轮。
FY型耐腐蚀液下泵系列因伸入容器下深度的长短不同则又分为有中间导轴承结构和无中间导轴承的结构。
The vert ical m otor of FY pump uses stud bolt to fit on moto r support, an d connects with pump through f lexible coupl ing, it
consists of pump body, middle joi nt pipe, bear ing body, discharge pipe, pipe f lange and bolt join t, which fixes on the base p-
la te, whole pump installs on the vessel through base plate.
All the axial force and radia l force (including water pressure which occurred during operat ion and the weight of impeller ro-
tor) are born b y single-direction thrust bearing, sing le-row radia l ball bearing and s liding guide bearing in bearing body. In
order to guarantee p ump operate s normally and safe ly, gu ide bearing is lubricated by the transporting liquid.
Because the re volving qua ntity of FY corrosive-proof subm erge centrifugal pump is different, so the geomet rical shape is
also different, i t adopts closed or opened impeller generally.
Because the depth of FY corrosive-proof submerge pump in the vesse l is different, it also divide into middle guide bearing
st ructure and n o middle guide bearing structure.

FY 型泵安装使用及检查与维修
安装前请用手盘动联轴器,检查泵轴转动是否正常,与电机是否同心。检查电机功率和转速是否符合。
安装时需要注意底板尺寸和物料储糟预留孔是否相吻合。保证垂直安装,使吸入口最下端与物料储糟糟底距离20厘米左右。
泵的出液管路应另设支架支撑,其重量不允许加在泵体上,以免造成出口弯管因荷载过重而损环。
接电源时请勿接错或缺相,启动前先关闭出口管路上的阀门及压力表;启动时,应辩认电机转向,按箭头标志所示,切勿反转;
启动后,打开压力表,慢慢开启出口管道阀门;正常运转后注意流量、扬程等情况。
使用时,泵体需浸没有液内,切勿脱液运转,以免空转造成泵的过流部份轴套和电机损环。
停车时,应先关闭出口阀门,然后停止电机、关闭压力表。

安装使用 Installation and Operation
Before installation, please start coupling by hand, check whether the running of pump shaft is normal, whether it is conc
entric with motor. Check whether motor power is accord with revolving speed.
You should pay attention whether the dimension of base plate inosculates with the prehole in storage tank of material.
Guarantee to install it vertically, keep the distance from downmost suction to the bottom of material storage tank is abo
ut 20cm.
The discharge pipeline of pump should set support, its weight shouldn bear by pump casing, to avoid the elbow of ou
tlet is damaged.
Please don connect wrong or lack phase when turn on electric power, shut off the valve and pressure gauge on outl
et pipeline before starting; You should identify the revolving direction of motor when start it, showing as arrowhead sign,
don reverse it; After starting, open pressure gauge, open the valve of outlet pipeline slowly ;After running normally, pl
ease pay attention to flow capacity, head and so on.
Pump casing should immerge in liquid during running, don run it without liquid to avoid the shaft sleeve of over flow p
art and motor are damaged.
You should shut off outlet valve when stop it, then stop motor, shut off pressure gauge.

注意事项 Note:
搬运、吊装时,用力点段在电机架和大底板上,切勿在出液管上加力,以免受损。
使用三个月后,应检查泵各部位等运转是否正常,螺丝是否松动,并在轴承座内添加润滑脂,如有磨损应及时更换配件,以免
引起更大损失。
泵运转过程中,一旦发生故障,应立即停车检修。
泵使用后,若长期不使用应清水抽洗干净、妥善保养、延长使用寿命。
The force point is on the motor support and large base plate when transiting and hoisting, don't add force on discharge
pipe to avoid to damage it.
After keep operation for three months, you should check whether every part of pump operates normally, whether the b
olt is loose, and add lubricating grease in bearing plate, if there is abrasion, you should replace it, to avoid to bring more
damage.
If there is malfunction during running, you should stop to check and repair it.
After using it, if you won't use if for long time, you should clean it with clean water, maintain it and prolong its life.
