WILL
Form: will + infinitive; ex: I will give you the answer
Use:
• we use it to make predictions
It will rain tomorrow
• to describe sudden decisions
I will have a coffee, thanks
• to make promises
I will always love you
BE GOING TO
Form: (be) + going to + infinitive
He is going to study more this year
Use: to convey actions we intend to do because
they are planned
They are going to raise money for a charity
PRESENT SIMPLE
Form: infinitive (+ - s or –es)
The concert starts at 5 o´clock.
Use: to specify timetable hours
The trains leave from platforms six and seven
PRESENT CONTINUOUS
Form: (be) + gerund
We are having a party tomorrow at six
Use: to describe actions already planned with a
specific time and place to be hold
I am attending the driver license test next Monday at twelve.
