Background/PurposeThe purpose of the Future Fielders Program is to successfully market and raise awareness about the Baltimore Orioles and Camden Yards to high school kids (ages 14-18) in Baltimore and across the Maryland region.

Current Programs/Demographics Currently, the

Baltimore Orioles have two ticket initiatives, Junior Orioles Dugout Club and College Night, aimed at children (ages 14 and under) and adults (ages 18 and older).

There exists a need for an initiative which markets to young adults in high school ages 14-18.
