DESCRIPTION

Futura House was built and sold between 2004 and 2005. Is a very contemporary building, designed by local archtitect ,Alan Camp and comprises, eighteen residential and live/work apartments and two retail units. The building has basement parking, with a car lift, and five floors above ground. The set back fifth floor afforded superb terraces with far-reaching views. Futura House was launched into a buoyant residential market in SE1 and the units sold quickly. As usual the Vision Homes specification was head and shoulders above the competition and ensured that premium prices were achieved.
