James Redway Furniture Makers is a small furniture company located in Woodbury Con-necticut. We have been in the business of building quality, solid cherry, 18th Century style furniture and 19th Century Shaker furniture since 1986. We build a variety of tables, small chests, footstools, step stools and quilt racks All from solid American Black Cherry. We are well known for and specialize in the construction of small side tables. Our Christmas Table is a Con-necticut Classic.

All of our furniture is made by hand using clas-sic joinery methods. Table frames, and benches are made using double pinned mortise and tenon joinery.

Shipping charges will be the exact UPS charges from our workshop to your home. Larger pieces are shipped motor freight collect. There is also a crating charge for larger pieces.
