Deposits & Cancellations:

Since we are obligated to make financial commitments to my suppliers prior to a tour's departure based on your anticipated participation, we have instituted the following reservation & cancellation policies:

Day-trips: Full payment is due 45 days prior to the trip, and is Refundable up to 14 days prior to the trip

Day-trips with ticketed events (theatre, show, or ballgame):

Shows under $ 100 require full payment to reserve, Shows over $ 100 require $ 75 per person to reserve

Balance is due 45 days prior to the trip and is Non-refundable unless your ticket is resold

Overnight motorcoach trips: $ 75 per person deposit to reserve space. Balance is due 45 days prior to departure.

Payments are refundable up to 30 days prior to departure.

Overnight motorcoach trips with ticketed events (theatre, show or ballgame):

A $ 100 per person, non-refundable deposit is required to reserve. Balance is due 45 days prior to the trip

Deposit will be refunded if your ticket is resold, and the balance is refundable up to 30 days prior to departure

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE is available for all trips - for overnight trips, you’ll receive pricing with

your invoice. For daytrips, insurance is $7 per person for all trips that do not involve theater. Theater daytrip’s insurance cost is $14 per person.

We have included a walking guide in the brochure, which you’ll find at the end of each tour description: A trip with minimal walking

A trip that includes moderate walking at your own pace

A trip that includes extended periods of walking or guided walking tours.

On some tours, you may be able to omit portions of the tour that will be too physical for you.

Customary end-of-tour gratuities are included for the driver, escort and local tour guide (when a step-on guide is hired), wait staff, and baggage handlers. Gratuities for hotel housekeeping staff are not included

unless otherwise noted on your itinerary, and a basic gratuity of $ 2-3 per person, per day is customary Pickup locations:

Our Hyannis pickup is at the commuter lot behind Burger King at exit 6 off of Route 6. This is NOT the Burger King parking lot, as they will tow any vehicles left there for an extended time. Park in the commuter lot and wait at the enclosures for the bus – please be sure that you are parked in a legal parking spot – if you are on the grass or outside of the marked parking spots, you will be issued a parking citation. The police patrol this lot, and will ticket/tow any car that is parked illegally. As always, parking is at your own risk at any of our pickup locations. 1. Patriots Square, Route 134, Dennis 2. Barnstable Commuter lot, Route 132, Hyannis – if you find that there are no remaining legal parking

places, please proceed to either Sagamore or Dennis (if you have time) to meet the bus – do NOT go to the Hyannis Transportation Center 3. Sagamore Commuter lot, at the foot of the Sagamore Bridge

Your requested pickup location will be printed on your sales receipt or invoice. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the departure time, and call the office if you decide to change to a different pickup location.

In the interest of fairness to those boarding in Hyannis & Sagamore as well as our handicapped passengers, we assign seats on the bus, as they do on the airlines, on a first-come, first- serve basis. If you are traveling with friends and signing up separately, be sure to let us know who you are traveling with so that we can seat you next to each other. Single travelers will be given their own seats if space allows or may be seated with another single traveler. Please sit in your assigned seat until after we have picked up in Sagamore, then you can change seats if there is an empty seat is available.

The office is open Monday through Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. If you get our voicemail when you call, please leave a message and I will return your call – most times I am in the office but simply on the other line helping another customer. Signing up for a trip is easy – simply call us with your name, phone number, number of seats needed, and pick-up location. The person that made the reservation will receive an invoice 6-7 weeks prior to the trip with departure times and any balance due listed. If you are mailing in a payment, please keep the lower portion for your records, as your pickup time & location are printed on the invoice. For an overnight trip, you will receive a mailing with your itinerary and luggage tags approximately 30 days prior to your trip.

Senior Center Signups - If you sign up through a Senior Center, please send your payment to the Senior Center, and they will forward it to me. You will not receive an invoice from me for the trip - your Senior Center will contact you for payment and inform you of departure times. For overnight trips, you will receive your itinerary and bag tags about 30 days prior to the trip. Credit card payments cannot be accepted for Senior Center signups

is “Superheroes of the Garden”. This year’s Flower Show will honor the

innovative tools and legendary plants helping to make us all champions in the battle

for garden supremacy! Top garden writers, industry experts and creative local

chefs will share ideas and inspiration while the diverse and lively garden

marketplace offers the newest gardening products to kick off our own spring

“42nd Street” in Providence, Saturday, March 25 - This quintessential

backstage musical comedy classic includes some of the greatest

songs ever written, such as “We’re In The Money,” “Lullaby of

Broadway,” “Shuffle Off To Buffalo,” “I Only Have Eyes For You,”

and of course “42nd Street.” The show tells the story of a starry-

eyed young dancer who leaves her home and comes to New York

to audition for the new Broadway musical. When the leading lady

breaks her ankle, Peggy takes over and becomes a star. We have orchestra

Arts in Providence, Tuesday, March 28 - Come with us as we explore

Providence’s vibrant art community from traditional art to

culinary arts to living art. At the Rhode Island School of

Design Museum, our docent will take us on a

fascinating tour of the museum featuring the finest in

historic artifacts, textiles, paintings, sculptures and more.

Sample some of Federal Hill’s culinary arts with a

delicious full Italian lunch at Trattoria Zooma. Then, take a special “behind

the mask” tour at Studio Ten31; the company behind the living statues that

perform across the country. The tour will include a close up look at the costumes,

a peek into the creative process behind the living statues and the unique opportunity

to watch one of the performers transform into a living statue with full makeup

Revolution! Wednesday, March 29 – Begin our historic day in Boston with a

visit to Old South Meeting House, experience dramatic

'Old Ironsides' (2015-2017) will be in dry dock for a planned restoration period,

providing visitors a rare experience of viewing USS Constiution’s exposed hull out

of the water! You will have an opportunity to board the ship, explore her top

deck, take photos by the ship’s wheel & bell and chat with the active duty US

Navy Sailor crew. Ship tour subject to cancellation depending on renovation

England's biggest and best home show! This year's Home Show is slated to be the

biggest yet as the RI Flower Show & RI Home Show have combined into one

idea-packed show designed to bring the best out of your home & gardens!

Showcase exhibits cover a wide range of interests; everything from interior design

challenges to a solar showcase with a full size solar tree house with ideas for

saving you money and making your home more energy efficient. Take in some

education seminars, sample foods at the cooking demonstrations, & meet

hundreds of vendors and contractors in the marketplace area. This fun-filled home

& garden show is held at the RI Convention Center with an easy, indoor walkway

connecting to the Providence Place Mall for shopping & lunch options. $ 69

Cherry Blossoms in Washington DC, Thursday, April 6 – Sunday, April 9 DAY 1- Enjoy a free time at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor

for dinner (on your own). We’ll overnight at the

Hampton Inn, in College Park, MD. DAY 2 - On our

tour of Washington DC, we’ll stop at the World War

II Memorial, the FDR Memorial, Vietnam Memorial,

Lincoln Memorial, Jefferson Memorial, Iwo Jima

Memorial, US Capitol, Korean War Memorial, and

Martin Luther King Memorial. Then, we’ll take the

narrated tram tour through Arlington Cemetery, stop at the Kennedy

Cherry Blossom Parade’s giant, colorful helium balloons, floats, marching bands

from across the country, celebrity entertainers, and performers. Spend time at one

Newport High Society, Wednesday, April 19 – Travel back in time to the

Gilded Age when Newport, Rhode Island was

the summer playground of America’s most

wealthy residents. Tour Rosecliff Mansion,

the beautiful seaside “cottage” modeled after

the Grand Trianon, the garden retreat of French kings at Versailles. An elegant,

traditional Afternoon Tea will greet us at the historic Hotel Viking complete with

an assortment of freshly prepared tea sandwiches, scones served with lemon curd,

Thursday, April 26 – Tuesday, May 2 – Enjoy five days in beautiful Virginia

Beach, VA, a full day at Williamsburg, a visit to the

Norfolk Botanical Garden, and experience the Virginia

International Tattoo.

DAY 1 – Travel to Fredericksburg, VA and overnight at

the Best Western Fredericksburg

DAY 2 –Step into the past at Colonial Williamsburg,

where we will spend the entire day. We’ll take a guided

tour of the 300-acre town, where some everyday people have some truly

revolutionary ideas. You’ll have the afternoon to explore this historic town

independently before traveling to Virginia Beach. Our oceanfront rooms with

private balcony at the Hampton Inn Oceanfront South are located on the three-

mile-long Virginia Beach boardwalk. (B,D)

DAY 3 - We’ll visit The Military Aviation Museum, home to

one of the largest private collections of World War I and World

War II era military aircraft in the world. Enjoy a boxed lunch

before returning to the hotel, where we will have the afternoon

DAY 4 – We’ll begin the day at Nauticus to learn about NOAA’s underwater

National Marine Sanctuaries, step inside a submersible, experience hurricane

force winds in the Hurrican Simulator, and more. Enjoy the NATO Festival Parade

of Nations, from our reserved grandstand seats, with over 100 US and

International Parade Units, and colorful floats that represent each of the 28 NATO

New York Botanic Garden with Chihuly Exhibit, Saturday, May 13 - The

New York Botanical Garden is one of the premier

botanical gardens in the United States, located in

the Bronx in New York City. It spans 250 acres and

is a National Historic Landmark site featuring 50

gardens and plant collections set amid dramatic rock

outcroppings, a cascading waterfall, ponds, and a

tranquil, 50-acre Native Forest. We will enjoy a 45-

minute private escorted tram tour offering the best way to see much of the

Garden’s 250 acres, including narration for a fascinating overview of the Garden

Matisse at the MFA, Tuesday, May 16 - This spring Boston's Museum of Fine

Arts will host the new exhibit "Matisse in the Studio". Henri

Matisse—who revolutionized 20th-century art—believed that a

treasured group of objects was instrumental to his studio

practice. “Matisse in the Studio” is the first major international

exhibition to examine the importance of Matisse’s studio

collection, offering unprecedented insight into the great artist’s

creativity. Approximately 30 paintings, 24 drawings, 11

bronzes, nine cut-outs, and five prints by Matisse are

showcased alongside 36 works from his studio

collection—many on loan from private collections and publicly exhibited for the first

October 17 - This “classic” itinerary covers all the essential

areas of Ireland as well as some unique features – scenic seascapes, a cruise on Killary Fjord, St. Patrick’s Burial Place, Titanic Belfast, Bunratty Castle Banquet, and sheep herding trials. DAY 1 – Depart on Aer Lingus to Dublin on our overnight flight (approx. 6 hour 20 minute flight).

DAY 2: Our Irish trip starts at 2:00 pm when we meet our tour director for a tour of Dublin to see elegant Georgian townhouses, pass St. Stephen’s Green and Trinity College and cross the River Liffey to drive along O’Connell Street. Take a guided tour through Dublin Castle, which was the seat of power and government for many centuries. (B) DAY 5 - Drive north along the Nine Glens of Antrim, for lovely views of mountains,

valleys and coastline. This scenic region is the location for “Game of Thrones”. Stop at the Giant’s Causeway, enormous hexagonal columns formed by volcanic activity 60 million years ago. To stroll on the basalt columns of the Giant’s Causeway is to voyage back in time. The rugged symmetry of the columns never fails to intrigue and

inspire visitors. In 1986 the Causeway was designated a World Heritage site and a comprehensive visitor centre tells about its geology. Stop for photos at the ruins of Dunluce Castle and in Derry join a local guide for a short walking tour around the defensive walls that encircle the old city. (B, D)

DAY 6 - Travel through the rugged countryside of Donegal, renowned for heathery hills, sheep and the many tweeds made from their wool. Stop in Donegal town for a tour of Donegal Castle, built by the O’Donnell chieftain in the 15th century and expanded in the 17th century. Drive around Donegal Bay and

through Counties Sligo and Mayo. Drive to Westport and see the main streets and historic buildings on a gentle walking tour. (B, D) DAY 7 - Drive past the pilgrimage mountain of Croaghpatrick and visit a farm to watch skilled dogs herding mountain sheep. Sheep farming is an important part of country life and watch a farmer with his working dogs control a flock of sheep. See how agile dogs obey various commands to round up sheep, especially useful in mountainous regions. Drive to Leenane to view Killary Harbour, Ireland’s only fjord, and travel past the Partry Mountains. Enjoy a light lunch before taking a guided tour of Westport House. This stately mansion, which overlooks the ocean and contains a wealth of interesting portraits, furniture, silver and porcelain. Enjoy free time in Westport. (B, L)

DAY 8 - Visit Ballintubber Abbey, used for worship continually for 700 years. Travel to Galway for a guided walking tour around the city center. Drive through the Burren to view the majestic Cliffs of Moher, which rise 700 feet above the foaming Atlantic Ocean. Travel inland for a fun evening at either Bunratty or Knappogue Castle to experience a medieval-style banquet with great food, songs and stories. (B, D)

DAY 9 - Drive through the outskirts of Limerick and alongside the River Shannon into County Kerry. Sample tea and scones in a pub in Listowel, associated with the writer, J. B. Keane. Journey along the Dingle Peninsula as far as Slea Head for glorious scenic views of hills and coastline. Stop in the town of Dingle for refreshment or a look around before heading to Killarney.
