1. Start a PAC2. Have a Competent Treasurer(any fines to Pac will be the Treasurer’s

responsibility!)3. Know the Campaign Finance report deadlines!4. Decide a spending plan so you know how much you need to raise5. Decide a fundraising game plan6. Get fundraising lists from County Committee or other local candidates7. Start Fundraising (It is never too early in Westmoreland county many

candidates fundraise 1-2 years before running.)
