To ensure the night’s success: -try to hold an event that an adult in the league has expertise in -remember that not all will participate, but the profits will likely be shared -prepare: •Determine your goal- without it, how will you know if the event is successful? •Choose your target audience. •Get staffed. A big event could require a full-time volunteer position or committee for a month or two
