• Explore who has talents and interests, hidden and known, your chapter can use for organizing and engaging sisters.

• Join with another chapter to take on a bigger challenge for a fundraiser.
• Make it a joint function of social and fundraising.
Types of Fundraisers
• Money raised from within a chapter or from other chapters.
• Money raised from the General Public
• Also known as OPM - Other People’s Money.

• Brag bucks
• Used book sales at meetings
• Raffles at meetings
• Not wearing your pin charge
• Sell items at reciprocity events (permission needed from the state board)
• Lunch/Dessert provided with a donation from members

OPM • Purchase or make items to sell
• Silent Auctions with friends invited
• Bed & Breakfast
• Yard Sales
• Event Labor
• Concessions for sporting events, work bingo for sports teams, work a craft bazaar
• Sponsor an event to benefit one particular project
• Collect pledges for a walk-a-thon, golf tournament, or 5k run/walk
• 3rd Party Fundraisers (think Pampered Chef)
