Business Model

SolutionCreating a Employer/Personal Trainer link decreasing the effect of barriers on participation, but also aiding our client by;

• Creating a healthier work environment will increase productivity increased sales.

• Allows company to have a greater influence on employees life, without the workload.

• Physical activity programmes at work – reduce absenteeism by up to 20% (DoH,2011)

Sessions Length of contract and number of sessions will be mutually agreed.

£20 Sessions last 30 minutes with a 15 minute change

Bulk slots between 8am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm are available to clients.

10 sessions a day - 5 in the morning & afternoon

1 full day of business = £200

business.

Funding

• £4,000 funding is required to start up the business.

• Funding will be returned to investors by December 2015.

• Includes Website start up and ordering of new equipment.

• Services & profits are guaranteed with 1 year contracts initially agreed.

Timetable

Bookings

1. Login to website through employers details.

2. Select the chosen days available within that week.

3. Choose a time slot convenient for yourself.

4. A maximum of 1 session per week, extra allowance will be granted if sufficient space

The website will be running before the start up of FitnessForWork

Evaluation

• A monthly information pack from the business regarding absences.

• After every session, there’s a 15 minute gap, allowing relationships to be created as well as

receiving verbal feedback.

• Written survey every 3 months with employees who regularly take part in the scheme – Overall Health, Enjoyment & Work Satisfaction
