    The general consensus is that enterprises are embarkingon various transformation projects and at the heart ofthese are new approaches to technology.

    There has been a legacy of trimming, spending, andimproving output so never has the IT function been

    more closely monitored than in the year to come.

    The expectation is the banking, financial services andinsurance sectors to be key early adopters in themarket, with the government also emerging as a big

    spender due to various e-governance and technologyprojects
